Robin Arzón Reveals Her Must Haves — and Her Surprising Choice in Workout Socks

No two days look the same for Head Peloton Instructor Robin Arzón. On top of business meetings and photo shoots, she was recently announced as the Chief of Superior Starts at Jarrow Formulas, a leading dietary supplement brand with which she works as an accountability partner to empower the community to level up and become the best version of themselves.

On a personal level, Arzón’s training for a new hybrid race that’s part-run, part-sled push and pull, and part-burpee broad jumps, combining both strength and cardio as she’s known to do. The NYC-based fitness leader is also currently working on projects that involve new recipes in the kitchen and — no big deal — she casually learned to swim at an event she was co-hosting for charity. “When I read the brief months ago that I would be swimming, I didn’t think there could be a more apt opportunity to finally learn how to swim. So that was my big challenge,” she told PS.

If you follow her closely, then you know Arzón is dedicated to steady progress as a method of accomplishing goals, and she’s the first instructor to remind her fans that she’s right there with them, polishing off her crown to acknowledge her self-worth. But what does an everyday must have list fit for royalty look like? Luckily, Arzón was game to share hers with PS, along with the ways in which she uses each product. Arzón uses ManiMe Gel Nail Wraps ($12) for lasting and affordable quality nails, which can be applied at home without a UV light. The 18-piece set comes with proprietary gel that’s cruelty- and toxin-free, and there’s no dry time, so you can continue going about your day. “I have no patience to sit in a nail salon and get my nails done — like zero interest in that,” Arzón says. “The ManiMe nail stickers come basically custom-cut for the size of your nail bed. I use them a lot before photo shoots.”

While no two days look the same for Arzón, there are some mainstays in her routine, including her morning hydration cocktail with apple cider vinegar and Jarrow Methyl B-12 and Methyl Folate supplements, which she usually takes alongside her daughter and son while they’re having breakfast. Another consistent product? The StriVectin Crepe Control Tightening Body Cream ($44, originally $59), which she’s relied on postpartum. The hydrating moisturizer is packed with peptides and lifting and brightening agents, and visibly tightens and restores elasticity, according to the brand.

Arzón is at Peloton four times a week teaching classes and working on projects. If you’re curious about the products she preps with before she gets on camera, look no further than the Jones Road Miracle Balm ($45), which can be worn on its own or on top of foundation for added tint and glow. “It’s amazing on eyes, cheeks, lips, and it’s great to work out in,” Arzón says, also crediting Diamond Drunk Jewelry Cleaner for keeping her jewels looking shiny; Dr.PawPaw lip balm for the perfect on-screen pout; and peanut butter pretzels and matcha for an energy boost.

Arzón swears by toe socks for her workouts, explaining that she feels she has a better grip and body awareness when she wears them. The Arebesk Moto Assorted 2-Pack ($38) comes with no-slip pads, so you can exercise in them without sneakers or use them for Pilates. Arzón’s workouts run the gamut, but she usually gets them in right after breakfast. “Whether I’m teaching at Peloton or not, I do my own lift or run or bike ride. Depending on what I’m teaching that day, I try to do something that complements that,” she tells PS.

Arzón credits the Éminence Organic Skin Care Pineapple Refining Tonique ($54) with keeping her skin looking vibrant. The sweetly scented, mild formula can be spritzed on daily and combines PHA, bromelain, and tranexamic acid to visibly renew dull skin without irritation, according to the brand.

But Arzón also credits her skin health to lymphatic drainage massages, a trend she’s seeing lots of people in her industry tap into. “What I’ve done new this year is actually started doing lymphatic drainage in the mornings when I’m doing my skin-care routine,” she tells PS. “I’ll apply a serum, and then I have this vibrating facial tool that I use to do my own lymphatic drainage. I find that my skin health has been amazing.”
